Summer 2026: Three-day programs

Adventures in Bookmaking

In this three-day workshop, we’ll create inventive one-of-a-kind books out of all sorts of materials, both usual and unusual: paper, old magazines, cereal boxes, maps, playing cards, and even dimensional objects like clocks. Every day we’ll do a combination of book-writing and book-building.

Everyone will leave with copies of their zines to give to family and friends!

Fonts
In this three-day workshop, we’ll be making our own fonts! Everyone will start by drawing letters, numbers, and symbols on paper. Then, the teaching team will do some magic to get them onto our computers. After that, we’ll do the most fun part of all—write stories, poems, etc. in our fonts! On the last day, everyone will leave with their own font file that they can download onto any computer.
