Tutoring

 for ages 7–18

We take a creative, outside-the-box approach to tutoring that helps students stay engaged and motivated. Sessions are in-person at our 83 Main St. location, or in your home for an additional fee. We also offer virtual tutoring. 

  • Academic tutoring  
    Support in writing, reading, social studies, history, and other humanities-related subjects. 

  • Early literacy coaching
    Coaching for students learning to read and for students with dyslexia.

  • College admissions essay support
    Help with every stage of essay-writing, from brainstorming to revision. Recent students have gained admission to MIT and Bard. We also offer high school application support--our most recent student was admitted to Phillips Andover. 

  • Individual creative writing lessons
    A flexible curriculum tailored to your student.  

Sliding-scale rate: $65–$85/hour
